It takes courage to ask for support and at times we find we need an outside perspective, some practical tools or some time and space set aside for taking care of ourselves. 

Ananda translates as bliss, happiness, delight in our existence, or our true nature. This happiness or delight is within and arises through our practice and self-discovery. Because we are all unique individuals having a common human experience, our paths to discovering or remembering our own true nature are also unique.
