Whether you are joining me for individual counseling, Integrated Movement Therapy, yoga session, or a training, I strive to bring compassion, a sense of joy, and exploration, throughout your journey.
I am passionate about supporting adults, young people, and families from culturally diverse backgrounds who are struggling with various life challenges including depression and anxiety, school/job performance, interpersonal relationship stress, and symptoms related to trauma, illness, grief and loss.
The IMT approach is based on yoga’s philosophical, physical and spiritual framework in conjunction with conventional neuro-physiological perspectives to address life's challenges from depression and anxiety to trauma, grief and life-threatening illness.
Sessions include some talking, breath practices, mindfulness activities, and accessible movement for every BODY.
