Consultation and
your first session
Please contact me to schedule a free 15 minute phone call to discuss your interest in services, answer your questions, and talk about next steps.
I will send you initial paperwork to complete before we meet. In our first session we'll get to know each other, talk about the therapy process, and discuss our schedule for follow-up sessions.
Insurance and rates
I am in-network with Aetna, First Choice, Premera, and Regence. If you have a different insurance plan, you may be able to receive reimbursement at an out-of-network rate. I will provide with you the necessary documentation so you can submit a claim with your insurance company.
Sessions are planned to be either 55 minutes or 70 minutes long depending on your needs and our agreement.
Individual Counseling Rates:
First session ~ $160
55 minute follow-up session ~ $140
Integrated Movement Therapy Rates:
First session ~ $160
55 minutes follow-up session~ $140
70 minutes follow-up session~ $150
Fees are payable by check or debit/credit card through the client portal.
Private Yoga Sessions

I will send you initial consent forms to complete before we meet. Your first session will be 60 minutes and will include movement, breathing, mindfulness and time to discuss our schedule for follow-up sessions.
Rates
Sessions are planned to be either 55 minutes or 75 minutes long depending on your needs and our agreement.
Private Yoga Session Rates:
First session ~ $125
55 minute follow-up session ~ $120
75 minute follow-up session ~ $130
All Services
In person & Telehealth
All services are being offered either in-person or over HIPPA compliant Telehealth platform (interactive video and audio).
Cancellations
I ask that you provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $75 fee.
