Individual Therapy
Intake Session
~ 60-75 minutes: $160
Follow-up Sessions
~ 75 minutes: $150
~ 60 minutes: $140
Private Pay: Cash, credit, debit, or check are all accepted.
All fees are due at the beginning of each session.
I am In-network with the following insurance plans:
First Choice, Regence, Premera
If you have a different insurance plan and would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, I can provide you with a receipt and letter for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Before your first session, download, print, and complete these forms to bring with you. If you would prefer to have these mailed to you please let me know and I would be happy to send them to you.
Cancelation Policy
I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancelations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice ~ $75 fee.
